Napier
Ravensdown
Fertiliser Co-operative Limited ("RFC") owns and
operates a major fertiliser manufacturing plant at Awatoto, Napier
(the Awatoto Plant). It provides up to 560,000 tonnes of superphosphate
annually.
Glasson Potts Fowler have assisted at the Awatoto site with:
Air Discharge
• Manage preparation of consent
• Co-ordinate consent process
• Assist with co-ordination and undertaking of consultation
• Prepare various management and report plans
• Develop a response reaction process
Storm Water
• Prepare and manage resource consent
• Undertake consultation
Hatuma Foods Limited
GPF have been providing assistance with setting up a vegetable
processing facility in Waipukarau. GPF are involved specifically
with assistance towards gaining consent to create an industrial
subdivision where the processing factory is to be located. Negotiations
and connection to Council sewer and water supply are also part
of this project. Design of the drainage system and access road
for the site are also currently undertaken by GPF with the goal
that the site be fully developed later this year.
 Ascot
Park – Kirwee
This rural-residential development involved
providing design, planning, engineering and surveying services
for this 59 lot subdivision. Thirty-nine lots have been developed
with the balance expected to be available late in 2005.
 Port Nelson Limited: Main Wharf South Extension & Noise
Variation
Full environmental investigations, comprehensive consultation
process,
and preparation of resource consent applications for the extension
of the Main Wharf South at Port Nelson involving the extension
of the wharf and an adjacent reclamation. An additional segment
of the project involved the consultation for and preparation
of a variation to the Nelson Resource Management Plan so that
Port
Nelson can operate within adequate but practical noise limits.
 Worsley Farm Ltd, Cashmere
Stormwater runoff modelling assessment,
consenting and design of stormwater attenuation basins and
first flush basins. Floodplain assessment and effects assessment
of
filling and compensatory storage. Design of a detailed construction
stage
silt management plan. |
